Our brake rotors are manufactured using high-quality FC250 cast iron material and produced according to strict manufacturing controls. Material specifications, hardness requirements, rotor weight consistency, dimensional accuracy, and dynamic balancing are carefully monitored throughout production.

ED Coating Technology
YDL offers optional ED (Electro-Deposition) coating technology to improve corrosion resistance and enhance product appearance. This advanced surface treatment protects non-friction areas against rust during transportation, storage, and daily use, making it an ideal solution for premium aftermarket programs and long-term supply projects.
Rust Preventive Oil Protection
In addition to ED coating options, YDL applies rust preventive oil treatment to standard cast iron rotors before packaging. Each rotor is immersed in protective oil and sealed in plastic packaging, creating a protective film that helps reduce moisture exposure and surface oxidation during transportation and storage. This process provides reliable corrosion protection for international shipments and long-term inventory programs, helping ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
